We are excited to share an important update regarding our annual membership cycle. Beginning this year, all memberships will expire on August 31, regardless of the original join date.
Previously, memberships expired one year after an individual joined. This change enables us to streamline renewal reminders, align member benefits on a unified schedule, and plan society activities more effectively throughout the year.
What this means for you:
All current memberships will now be due to renew on August 31 each year.
Renewal information and instructions will be shared in advance.
Members may renew at any time through our online membership portal.
